Pole Barn

The Pole Barn, with approximately 2,700 sf, was constructed in the 1980's.  We reinforced the structure and put in a concrete floor, new electrical systems and a bathroom/shower.  The facility is insulated and heated with a propane heater.  It is a great workshop or gathering area.

As noted, the interior of the Pole Barn is spacious, well-lit and with plenty of room for activities.  Periodically the space is used for storing some of my equipment but it is cleared for group activities.

We have a propane grille, refrigerator, tables and chairs for your use for hosting a dozen or so persons.  The Pole Barn has wifi internet access and bluetooth speakers so you can stream your music or podcasts to the space.

We have a tournament-grade ping-pong table with paddles and balls to provide hours of entertainment and competition for kids of all ages.

We have a medium-grade foosball table as an additional entertainment option.

It's not full-court basketball, but creates a decent challenge court with the added challenge of avoiding the ceiling beams!

The pole barn has a new, very-flat concrete floor and is a great place to work on your rip-stick and skateboarding skills.

We have a few mountain bikes to tool around the farmstead.

We have several folding chairs which can be used anywhere on site to set up and relax.

The pole barn has a shower which can be used by campers or persons staying in the pole barn.  A tankless water heater provides unlimited hot water.

Inside the pole barn bathroom is a service sink that can be used to wash up or wash your equipment.

The pole barn bathroom has a dual-flush toilet with supplies provided in the cabinet above.
